저자 이삼우는 성결대학교 신학과를 졸업했으며 새빛 선교회에서 히브리어와 헬라어를 강의했다. 2003년 영국으로 건너가 South London Christian College에서 신학석사(Th.M)와 브리스톨 대학교(University of Bristol)에서 석사학위(M.A)를 취 득한 후 현재 웨일즈 람피타 대학교(University of Wales Lompeter)에서 A study of the resurrection body n the New Testament in relation to sanctification로 박사학위(Ph.D) 과정 중에 있다. 저서로는 영국에서 출판한 [The Spirit in Galatians]과 [Sanctification] 등이 있다.
