미국 Harvard University(Ph.D.) 현, 미국 Boston College, School of Theology and Ministry 신약학 교수 교수는 하버드 대학에서 박사 학위를 받은 후 현재 웨스톤 신학대학원에서 성서학을 가르치고 있는 국제적으로 저명한 신약학자다. 마태복음 주석을 비롯하여 신약학에 관한 수많은 저술을 하였으며 기톨릭 계통의 사크라파지나 주석 시리즈의 편집자이며 동시에 신약 저서와 논문 요약집인 <신약성서 초록집>의 편집자이기도 하다.
