프랭크 틸만(Frank Thielman, PhD, 듀크대학교)은 미국 앨라배마주 버밍햄에 있는 비손신학교(Beeson Divinity School)에서 장로교 신학 교수로 재직하며 신약과 헬라어를 가르치고 있다. 그는 『바울과 율법』(Paul and the Law), 『신약신학』(Theology of the New Testament, CLC 역간), 『NIV 적용주석: 빌립보서』(The NIV Application Commentary: Philippians, 솔로몬 역간), 『베이커 신약 성경 주석: 에베소서』(Baker Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament: Ephesians, 부흥과개혁사 역간)를 포함하여 많은 책을 저술했다.
