마이클 헤이킨 박사는 University of Toronto and Wycliffe College에서 박사학위(Ph. D.)를 취득하였으며 현재 The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary에서 교회사 교수로 재직 중이다. 저서로는 Eight Women of Faith(Crossway, 2016), Owen on the Christian Life: Living for the Glory of God in Christ (Crossway, 2015)(공저) 외에 많은 책들이 있다.
