예수전도단에서 훈련과 사역을 경험하며 침례신학대 신학과 학부를 졸업했고, 미국 Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary에서 신학석사, Dallas Baptist University에서 워십 리더십 석사, Christ For the Nations에서 School of Worship&Tech.Art 과정을 이수했다. 2020년 1월에 ‘순전한교회’를 개척해 섬기고 있으며, 지은 책으로 《하나님만 바라보는 시간》이 있다.
